GameDays consists of panels on a bi-weekly basis, following themes ranging from technical game mechanics and the computational problems involved, to conceptual design involving narrative, music, and art, and intersections of the three. Our intro-level panels empowers students to create games without prior coding experience, using software such as GameMaker: Studio and Unity 3D.

A group in the area of Orange County NY / Sussex County NJ interested in playing older (pre-1999) versions of Dungeons & Dragons. (Also other 1970s-1990s era games like Gamma World, Rolemaster, Traveller, Marvel Super Heroes, etc.) You don't have to be familiar with the older games to join us. gsummitX - Gamification in NYC is a meetup for anyone involved in and/or interested in the topic of gamification, engagement and/or loyalty. A few times each year, we'll ask the community to come together to hear a speaker from the gamification space, 1-2 demos from companies using gamification in their business model, and our unique workshop-like game called "Play for a Cause."
